  I cannot praise Guava enough for their approach to customer-centric service. They could teach many others how it should be done. Always courteous, always professional, never pushy, they do three things very well: 1) They keep ACCURATE RECORDS - they are now looking after the third LR of mine on the same plate, but they never get confused or flustered. They keep their quotes, too, and honour the price quoted even if months have passed. 2) They COMMUNICATE - they keep me informed about what is happening, and check with me every step of the way. 3) They work WITH me as the customer, rather than trying to squeeze out every penny at every opportunity, knowing that that will mean I will come back - as I do - time and time again. They are reasonably priced, too, and stay within their estimates. If you live anywhere near, they are by far the best choice for Land Rover servicing - and where else do you get to see bullet-proof Range Rovers in a showroom...?
